RONALD SARETZKY, LL.B
Ron brings a wealth of experience, both in the northeast region and in law, to his client service. Over his 45 years of practice, Ron has acquired extensive knowledge in many areas of law and is well known throughout town. In order to facilitate a transition from practice to retirement, Ron has slowed down with his courtroom work and is currently focusing his work on solicitor services, primary in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration. Ron is always looking to hear from previous clients and would love to meet with you to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have.
Ron was raised in Meecham, Saskatchewan, and currently resides within the Town of Nipawin. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 1970 and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1971 after completing his articles with Gale Eisner Kapoor in Melfort. Ron has always been a lawyer within Northeast Saskatchewan, but permanently joined forces with Jim Taylor in 2002 when the firm became Taylor & Saretzky.
Ron is an active member of the local Knights of Columbus service club. In addition, he acts as director of the Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation. Ron continues to volunteer regularly with St. Eugene’s Parish wherever they need assistance. He is also actively involved in the local curling and golf clubs. Every morning Ron walks his three dogs, Lily, Moe, & Max that both he and his wife, Sorena, love dearly. Ron and Sorena have also been blessed to have watched their daughter, Melanie and her two children, Seth and Jade, grow up.
